The Provincial Party Committee Secretary Che Jun, Governor Yuan Jiajun, the Provincial Political Consultative Conference Chairman Ge Huijun, and the Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary Zheng Shanjie went to Lishui, Jiaxing, Huzhou and Hangzhou, and Ningbo respectively to carry out the activities of “Serving Enterprises, Serving the Masses, and Serving the Grassroots”. The provincial leaders pointed out that this year is the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, and it is also a crucial year for the province to build a well-off society at a high level, so it is very important to make a good start for doing a good job in the whole year. The grassroots level is the main battlefield for reform and development and the main front for serving the masses, and private enterprises are the main force in the economic construction of this province. All localities and departments must go into the grassroots level and be concerned with the masses, to work hard to seek truth and be practical and avoid slogans and formalism; all localities and departments must attach great importance to what the masses pay attention to, bringing new development concepts, development ideas, and development modes into the masses and learning from the masses to base policies and strategies on the people’s needs. In particular, the problem-orientation must be adhered to, to gain an in-depth understanding of the needs of the grassroots, the expectations of the masses, and the difficulties of enterprises, so as to make thorough investigation, find the problems, and solve the problems effectively. In this way, the forces of all parties can be rallied to push the reform and opening up in a new era in this province to continue to be at the forefront across China.
