Government representatives, heads of international organizations, Internet business leaders, Internet celebrities, experts and scholars from various countries and regions attended this "thought feast".

The meeting was divided into two parts: the keynote speech and the dialogue and exchange on the theme of “Wuzhen Talks – Retrospect and Prospect”. This year marks the fifth anniversary of the WIC. The fruitful achievements of the previous four conferences have deeply impressed the participants. They agreed that the WIC will further enhance dialogue and cooperation on the basis of mutual respect and trust, promote the reform of the global Internet governance system and create a digital world of mutual trust and shared governance, and thus China will make new and greater contributions to the world.
