He pointed out that confronted by low-temperature and continuous rain and snow, all localities and departments should take the initiative to respond efficiently to ensure that people’s normal production, daily life and social order are stable. At present, the warning against snow and ice has not yet been lifted. We will continue to work on emergency and disaster prevention and strive to minimize the adverse impact caused by the freezing weather.
