Che Jun: Attract More Talents to Develop Zhejiang

On September 14, Che Jun, Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress, inspected talent work in Hangzhou and attended a meeting on high-level talents. He stressed that at a time when Zhejiang is going all out to fulfill the mission of “Two High Levels”, high-level talents are needed far more than ever before. Zhejiang is committed to a development strategy led by high-caliber talents and therefore welcomes more talents and professionals from all over the world to participate in its development.
During his inspection, the secretary visited a number of high-tech companies and incubators. He said that integrated circuit and information security technologies are central to the information economy,and the companies are expected to mprove the “industry-university-research-application” collaborative innovation system and make more contribution to the intensified integration of industrialization and informatization in Zhejiang and to national security. At Lindong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Inventronics (Hangzhou), Inc., after investigating the R&D of ocean energy and LED driver power and videophoning the experts at a marine power station in Zhoushan, Che Jun hoped the companies can work hard to upscale, industrialize and commercialize to reach for new heights in energy revolution and advance Zhejiang’s clean energy industry. At BioClub, a health incubator, he also hoped that enterprises like BioClub can integrate and introduce more high-quality resources to provide start-ups with global services featuring total factor productivity.
