2017-08-02 09:27:17

Reporters learned from the press conference on Zhejiang’s economic performance held on July 28 that Zhejiang generated RMB2338.3 billion in GDP in the first half of this year, up 8.0% year on year in terms of comparable prices, higher than Zhejiang’s 7.7-percent GDP growth in H1 2016 and 7.5-percent GDP growth in 2016, also higher than the national average of 6.9-percent growth in H1 2017.
Zhejiang’s economy is stable and improved, translating, in the final analysis, into a heightened sense of gains felt by the people. As of the first six months of 2017, the per capita disposable income of residents across the province reached RMB22,163, up 8.7% year on year, or 6.6-percent grown in real terms after adjusting prices for inflation, representing 0.1-percent growth higher than that of Q1-2017. The per capita disposable incomes of permanent urban and rural residents each reached RMB26, 523 and 14,184, up 8.2% and 8.7 % respectively, or 6.0% and 6.7% in real terms after adjusting prices for inflation.
