Provincial Government Holds a Conference to Accelerate “At-most-one-time Presence” Reform

On May 24, Zhejiang Provincial Government held a focused conference to speed up the “at-most-one-time presence” reform, for which solutions to information disconnection and data sharing were discussed. Yuan Jiajun, Acting Governor and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, stressed that the reform is one of the key tasks posed by the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and the provincial government, which is also a combined reform involving participation and cooperation of all the sectors and localities, and a great innovation of promoting the modernization of governance system and governance capacity under the background of the digitized transition. All relevant departments should firmly adhere to the people-centered philosophy of development, and strengthen the goal orientation, problem orientation and effect orientation, in a bid to ensure the effectiveness of the reform with the spirit of “hammering nails”.
At the conference, Office of Government Set-up Committee of Zhejiang Province, General Office of Zhejiang Provincial Government, Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department and Zhejiang Provincial Department of Land and Resources reported on their work of the reform. And the meeting also discussed about the acceleration of the reform.
