2017-10-30 09:11:14

On the afternoon of October 26, Yuan Jiajun, Governor and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, met with the delegation led by Jaroslav Tvrdik, Chairman of Czech China Chamber of Collaboration.
Yuan extended a warm welcome to the guests and brought up the pleasant memories from the July visit in Czech. He said that China and Czech have maintained profound traditional friendship, and Zhejiang and Czech are economically complementary and show strong willingness to cooperate. In recent years, both sides have deepened the friendly exchange and expanded fields of cooperation. Yuan added that the recently closed 19th CPC National Congress has presented the openness, transparency, confidence and tolerance of the Communist Party of China, which will lead China toward an all-round well-off society and eventually the grand success of the new-era socialism with Chinese characteristics. Meanwhile, “the Belt and Road” Initiative, which is jointly developed through consultation to meet the interests of all, strengthen  national ties and promote world peace, stability and development, provides more opportunities and space to deepen the cooperation and exchange between China and Czech. The governor hoped that the two parties can accelerate the “B&R” program in Czech, intensify the trade and industrial cooperation within the framework of the “B&R” Initiative, centering on the airline hub, financial centre and online silk road and modern logistics base projects, in a bid to enhance substantive cooperation at a broader and higher level to better benefit the people.
