January 21st, 3 New Cases of Avian Flu Found in Zhejiang

  The Health and Family Planning Commission of Zhejiang Province announced on Jan. 21st that 3 new cases of human infection with the H7N9 avian flu were found in our province that day.

1. Patient Li, male, 57, farmer, resident of Linhai District, Taizhou, was confirmed to be a case of human infection of H7N9 avian flu on Jan. 19. He is now in critical condition and is receiving treatment in a hospital in Taizhou.

2. Patient Yu, male, 49, farmer, resident of Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, was confirmed to be a case of human infection of H7N9 avian flu on Jan. 20. He is now in serious condition and is receiving treatment in a hospital in Hangzhou.

3. Patient Lou, male, 70, farmer, resident of Keqiao District, Hangzhou, was confirmed to be a case of human infection of H7N9 avian flu on Jan. 20. He is now in serious condition and is receiving treatment in a hospital in Hangzhou.
